1. Making a Purchase: If you see an item that you would like to purchase you can either use the Paypal checkout and add items to your basket before going to checkout. You do not have to have a Paypal account to do this, you can pay by any major credit/debit card. The other method that can be used is personal cheque. To do this, note down the reference number and email me with it along with your contact details (address & either phone number or email). I will then email you the details needed to make a payment. Cheques to be made payable to Miss R E Simpson.

2. Shipping: No items will be shipped until payment has cleared. Postage charge is £2.95 GBP regardless of the number of items ordered, delivery is Free for orders over £25.  Items are sent first class via Royal Mail

3. Payment: Payment can be made using either Paypal checkout or personal cheque, or cash if collecting or viewing collection in person. I believe Paypal is a secure online payment facility.

4. Returns: I operate a 14 day returns policy, providing the jewellery is unused, refunds will be made in full. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons this DOES NOT apply to earrings. I also offer a free repair service for all jewellery within 14 days of purchase, should this occur, proof of payment will be needed.

5. Privacy Policy: DG | art & design does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to another third party.

6. The Work: A lot of the jewellery I make is unique, it is a special feature of my work. Some of the designs are one offs, only one is available, so if you like a piece, please order it to avoid disappointment! Unfortunately, the situation may arise where two people may purchase the last design of an item at a similar time, in such scenarios the buyer who placed their order first will be shipped said item. The latter customer will be given full refund for this item and given the option to cancel their order, continue without that item, or choose another item to replace it. Should this situation arise, you will be contacted by email as soon as possible to resolve it.

7. Gift Vouchers: If you have a gift voucher code, please enter the codes and expiry date at time of checkout in the box that allows you to put any extra notes for seller in. I can then verify your voucher and refund you the price of the voucher off your order once you have completed the order. Unfortunately Paypal does not currently allow for personal voucher codes to be used. Gift Vouchers can also be used in person.
